Class L State ChampionsPosted Sunday, February 22, 2009 by Jason Shaughnessy Warde used a team effort to capture the 2009 CLASS L State Championship. 13 out of 14 Warde Wrestlers won at least two matches to contibute to the team title. Warde placed 10 wrestlers top 6 and put 4 wrestlers in the finals. Warde finished the day with 2 champions (Curtis Watkins and Ian McAllister). Bobby Rigilano (JR) and Evan Fraser (SO) both lost tough matches in the finals to finish 2nd. Congrats to all the WARDE wrestlers who share the accomplishment.
